• Heat Source: Altep solid-fuel boiler upgraded with a Pellas-X automatic pellet burner.
• Thermal Storage & DHW: 1,000L tank-in-tank combi buffer vessel (corrosion-resistant stainless steel inner DHW cylinder surrounded by a carbon steel heating buffer).
• Water Supply & Safety: Speroni borehole pump with a pressure vessel; space allocated for future water treatment. Includes a vessel-mounted DHW circulation loop with a thermostatic anti-scald mixing valve and a Lowara pump.
• Distribution: Two underfloor heating manifolds supplied by a Wilo/Herz three-way mixing group. Thermal expansion managed by Zilmet and Varem expansion vessels. Mineral wool insulation applied throughout.
