• Hydraulics & Distribution: Custom distribution headers with Lowara/Wilo circulating pumps and hydraulic separator; red Zilmet expansion tank for system pressure stabilization.
• Heating Systems: Integrated multi-zone heating incorporating underfloor heating loops on reflective insulation, Kermi steel panel radiators, and Jaga trench convectors.
• Plumbing & Drainage: Primary external/internal drainage network using Ostendorf PVC/PP piping; internal water distribution executed via TECE/Unidelta/Firat systems; Geberit concealed installation frames.
• Finishing & Sanitaryware: Final fit-out including wall-mounted toilets, designer washbasins with exposed traps, decorative towel warmers, and Viega/Geberit sanitary fixtures.
