Solutions. This project has developed:

• individual gas heating via wall-mounted Vaillant boilers with collective flue gas chimneys;

• a two-pipe radiator heating system with Kermi panel radiators and optional Multibox underfloor heating connections;

• electric convector heating for stairwells and common areas;

• a domestic water supply system with a main meter, a booster pump station, and floor-by-floor distribution manifolds;

• low-noise domestic sewage, internal stormwater drainage with heated roof outlets, and chimney condensate drainage.
