Solutions. This project has developed:

• Underfloor Heating (HVAC): Low-temperature radiant floor heating system (45/35) using TECE SLQ PE-MDXc 16х2.0 piping, controlled zone-by-zone via TECH (EU-L-9 R) automation and room thermostats.

• Boiler Room & Heat Supply (TM): Dual-energy heat source comprising a Vaillant aroTHERM split heat pump (11.9 kW) and a backup Vaillant eloBLOCK VE 12 electric boiler (12 kW), piped with KME Sanco copper lines.

• Water Supply (Plumbing): Well-sourced system with a Zilmet 100 L expansion tank, Ecosoft FK 1252 filtration unit, 200 L Vaillant uniSTOR DHW cylinder with Lowara recirculation, and Rehau RAUTITAN flex internal distribution.

• Drainage & Sewerage (Plumbing): Gravity-fed domestic wastewater network using Ostendorf HT/KG low-noise piping with Viega Advantix Vario shower channels, splitting domestic discharge to a septic tank and filtration/plant drainage to a soakaway pit.
