Solutions. This project has developed:

• HVAC & Climate Systems: A wall-mounted Vaillant gas condensing boiler (ecoTEC plus VU INT 166/5-5, 16 kW) supplies a 7-loop hydronic underfloor heating system operating at 45/35. Mechanical ventilation uses a Vents heat recovery unit (VUT 270 V5B EC A21) with HDPE flexible ducting buried in the floor and hidden in ceiling spaces.

• Domestic Water Supply: Cold water is sourced from a well or city main via PE piping, conditioned with an FK filtration system, and pressurized with a Zilmet 100L pressure tank. Domestic hot water (DHW) is supplied via a Vaillant indirect-heated storage tank (uniSTOR VIH R 150) featuring a Lowara recirculation loop.

• Drainage & Plumbing: Internal gravity drainage uses low-noise MagnaPlast HT/KG piping routed to an external septic system and filtration field. Special provisions include floor drainage channels, AC condensate traps (HL 138), and an integrated combustion air intake sleeve for the fireplace.
