Solutions. This project has developed:

• low-temperature hydronic underfloor heating system;

• supply and exhaust ventilation systems with heat recovery, duct electric reheaters, and water cooling coils for main zones, plus local exhaust ventilation for bathrooms;

• water-based cooling/air-conditioning system integrated into ventilation AHUs and supplied by heat pump chillers;

• domestic water supply (cold water inlet, metering unit, DHW indirect heating tank with recirculation loop) and drainage system (sanitary, AC condensate drain, and rainwater);

• heat/cold supply plant based on a cascade of Vaillant air-to-water split heat pumps with a buffer tank.
